💡 Printing Postcards
- • Layout: Four 4×6 postcards fit on one 8.5×11 page (two front, two back). Print front sides, flip the paper, print back sides, then cut.
- • Cheaper postage: Postcard rate is ~$0.53 vs ~$0.73 for a letter — saves you about $20 on 100 mailings.
- • Print shop option: FedEx Office, Staples, or a local printer can print on heavier cardstock (65lb+), cut them to size, and even run them through a postage meter.
- • Cardstock matters: Use 65lb or heavier cardstock so postcards survive the postal sorting machines without damage.
- • Heavier cardstock at a print shop gives the most professional feel and survives the mail best.
