Envelope Addressing
Print each buyer's name and address directly onto a #10 business envelope (4⅛" × 9½"), or save the page as a PDF to hand to a print shop. Uses the same recipient list format as the promo letters.
Format: Name | Street Address | City, State ZIP (use | or Tab to separate)
Printing Your Envelopes
- • Envelopes: Use standard #10 business envelopes (4⅛" × 9½"). Load them in your printer's manual feed, flap-side down, landscape.
- • Print settings: In Chrome/Edge print dialog choose Save as PDF or your printer, set Paper Size to 9.5" × 4.125" (or Custom), Orientation Landscape, Margins None.
- • Test first: Print one envelope to check alignment before running all 70.
- • Mailing in 3 weeks: Since you're not mailing yet, save the page as a PDF now (Ctrl/Cmd+P → Save as PDF) so the addresses are ready whenever you are.
- • Alternative — labels: Prefer stickers? Use the same list in Word's Mail Merge with Avery 5160 / 8160 label sheets (30 labels per sheet; ~3 sheets for 70 people).
- • Print shop: A local shop can address #10 envelopes directly from your PDF for a small fee.
