Most popular basketball player in the history of the NBA?

Since my last post about the 2024 Olympic Basketball team winning the Gold Medal and LeBron being named the MVP, which I agreed with, but got a lot of hater comments for voicing my opinion. I thought I should lighten the atmosphere and in the spirit of the political season I would write a post that is based on feelings and “vibes”. There are absolutely no right or wrong opinions on this subject. I have been doing this awhile so I am not naive enough to think there will be complete agreement. I just want all of us basketball fans to have a Kumbaya moment.

Here, in order, are the 7 most popular players to ever play in the NBA, in MY opinion. Like a lot of post I don’t have to support my list or confuse anyone with any research, facts, or pertinent information. I CAN’T be wrong.
